Unlike typical private security companies, Black Wolf’s approach is to align our training and standards with those of law enforcement and emergency services agencies. In fact, much of our in-house training program has been designed and vetted by former law enforcement officers and industry experts. In this way, we offer our employees a viable career path and true congruence with similar jobs in the public sector.
Our proposal: By identifying promising students within your program who could benefit from applicable, real-world experience, we can offer work experience that is specifically tailored to supplement your program and the student’s professional development needs. Identified students would simply need to qualify for DPSST certification and clear our hiring/onboarding process.
We can provide students with:
- All required training and licensure, including DPSST unarmed/armed security certification;
- Real-world experience interacting with the public, writing reports, operating equipment such as bodycams, etc.;
- Paid employment in a field relevant to their area of study;
- Flexibility around class schedules;
- Communication with program faculty to identify and reinforce professional development opportunities; and
- Long-term job placement (with career opportunities) for those interested.
