Alternatives

PCC offers many convenient ways to get to campus. From public transit and the PCC shuttle to biking, carpooling, or walking, there are plenty of alternatives to driving alone.

  • PCC Shuttle: A free service for PCC students, faculty, and staff. It provides rides between campuses, Portland State University, and select transit stops.
  • Public Transit: PCC offers cost‑saving programs for faculty, and staff. TriMet tickets and passes are available to buy at all campus bookstores.
  • Bicycling: Biking to campus is good for your health, your wallet, and the environment. Most campuses have bike racks, locker rooms, and showers.
  • Ridesharing: Share a ride with another PCC community member to save gas and reduce traffic.
  • Walking: A free, healthy, and stress‑free way to get to campus.
