PCC/WebEasy is the WYSIWYG web editor, used by PCC staff and faculty for the purpose of creating customized web pages for individual use. PCC/WebEasy allows you to maintain a basic web site that will be viewable by anybody with internet access. You can have simple contact information, course syllabus, handouts, assignments, links to web resources, and images. You can maintain the web pages using PCC/WebEasy anytime and anywhere as long as you have a computer and internet access. If you are faculty teaching a course listed in the current course schedules, the courses you are teaching and a link to the schedule is automatically included on your PCC/WebEasy home page.

PCC’s event calendar allows users to plan and publicize events on . Users submit details about the event schedule via an online form, and approved events are then publicized. Example:

Spaces / Confluence

Spaces is the enterprise wiki platform PCC uses for projects, documentation, committees, and meeting notes. Not all staff have licensed accounts to edit content but the majority of content is available to staff without an account.

Access Requests

Spaces does not require an access request to view a majority of content. An account is needed to edit content and to view some content that may be accessible only to a certain department. If you need access to edit content or to an area with permissions set, request a Spaces account through the Service Desk (servicedesk@pcc.edu, or 971-722-4400).

Logging in to Spaces

You can access Spaces by visiting . You can also find a link to Spaces on the Employee Tab under Employee Tools > Communication. Once at Spaces, you can login if you need to edit content.
