Oct. 19: Daily Journal of Commerce: The Newberg Center is on track to receive a platinum rating as well as a net zero rating from the Energy Trust of Oregon.
Oct. 21: , The Skanner and : Fans of former state Sen. Margaret Carter gathered in North Portland to celebrate her legacy and to honor Ë¿¹ÏÊÓÆµ as it celebrates its 50th anniversary.
