Rep. Margaret Doherty, District 35
One of the Legislature’s newest members, Rep. Margaret Doherty of Tigard, is ending the session with a pair of public events.
replaced Larry Galizio, formerly an instructor at PCC, who stepped down in 2009. Her District 35 is due west of the Sylvania Campus.
She is hosting a “Constituent Coffee” from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 11, at the Portland Bagel Company, 9802 Southwest Shady Lane off Greenburg Road in Tigard.
Then, she and Co-Speaker of the House Arnie Roblan take part in a Town Hall from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 16, at Tigard City Hall, 13125 SW Hall Blvd.
Both events are free and open to the public.
