The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Additional information
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, as amended, is a civil rights law that protects individuals with disabilities from discrimination. As an entity under Title II of the ADA, Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ complies with this mandate by providing access to services, programs and activities, and employment. Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ provides reasonable accommodation for the known physical or mental impairments of otherwise qualified individuals, unless doing so would impose an undue hardship.
The ADA does not require that Ë¿¹ÏÊÓƵ take any action that would fundamentally alter the nature of its programs or services, or impose an undue financial or administrative burden.
